Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges.
At Compound, we take pride in the quality of our 7 Hats, limited-edition collaborations, Compound toys, and art. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer exchanges.
Designer Toys, Sculptures & Art
- All orders are final; no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed.
- Our products are made in limited quantities. Slight imperfections are a normal part of our 7 hats.
- If your item arrives with significant damage or defects (e.g., broken or missing parts), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, depending on stock availability, offer a replacement or repair.
7 Hats & Limited Edition Collaborations
- No exchanges, returns or refunds are allowed for 7 Hats or any limited-edition collaborations.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a replacement is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your replacement shipment.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
How to Report Damages or Issues
- Please contact us at sales@thecmpd.com with photos of the damaged or defective item, your order number, and a description of the issue.
