Shipping policy
General Shipping Information:
- We work hard to ship orders the 3-5 business day's after the order is placed. However, please allow up to 7 business days for processing during holidays, weekends, or periods of high order volume.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Updates will generally be available within 1 day of shipping.
- If your package shows no updates or seems delayed, please contact us at sales@thecmpd.com. We are happy to assist you.
Shipping Costs & Services:
- We offer various shipping options for domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Delivery dates for free and ground shipping are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays by the carrier.
- For express shipments, delivery is guaranteed within the specified number of business days (unless there’s an issue caused by the carrier).
Domestic Shipping Options:
- Ground shipping (estimated delivery within 5 business days)
- 2-Day Express (estimated delivery within 3 business days)
- 1-Day Express (estimated delivery within 2 business day)
- Free Standard Shipping (estimated delivery within 10 business days)
- Paid shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight.
International Shipping:
- International orders are shipped via USPS; UPS; FEDEX. Delivery times vary greatly based on the destination and can take up to 8 weeks.
- Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Compound is not responsible for lost or damaged international packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Important Shipping Reminders:
- We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is correct. If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors and file a claim with the carrier.
- Returns are not accepted.
