This website is operated by COMPOUND. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, which govern your use of the site, products, and services offered by us. These Terms of Service apply to all users, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.

ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
  • No Refunds or Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items, including Vinyl Toys, Designer Toys, Sculptures, Art, Prints, and Compound 7 Hats. All sales are final.

LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS
Our products are produced in limited quantities. Due to the nature of these limited releases, once sold out, they will not be restocked—except for our 7 Hat Core Collection, which will remain available. All items are manufactured with precision and quality, but we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

SHIPPING POLICY & DELAYS
Due to high order demand and our transition to a new facility, please expect delays in processing and shipping. All orders will be processed after January 14th. Shipping times may also be impacted, depending on the destination and shipping method.

We currently ship worldwide, but shipping times may vary based on your location and the carrier’s capabilities. Please note that local taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • PO Boxes: We do not accept orders to PO Boxes. If your address is a PO Box and the package is returned to us, your order will be canceled, and we will charge a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges include both postage and a handling fee. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages once the tracking shows the item has been delivered. If your order is undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused, and returned to us, we will process it as a return and charge a 30% cancellation fee.

  • Delivery Delays: Due to external factors such as holidays, shipping provider delays, and our transition to a new facility, shipping times are not guaranteed. We are working diligently to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, but we ask for your understanding and patience.

RETURNS & RESPONSIBILITY

  • No Returns: We do not accept any returns. If there is an issue with your item upon arrival (such as a manufacturing defect), you may contact us within 7 days for further instructions. However, this does not guarantee that a refund or exchange will be provided.
  • Shipping Costs: The return shipping of any items is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. Be sure to pack items securely to prevent further damage during return shipping.
  • Merchandise Failure to Deliver: Please be available to receive your delivery. If the courier fails to reach you and the item is returned to us, we will cancel your order and charge a 30% fee of the total order amount.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.
  • You agree not to engage in any activities that could harm our website, social media, including transmitting viruses or malicious code.
  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without prior written consent.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display colors accurately. Due to the nature of our limited-edition products, slight variations may occur.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Products are limited edition and may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
